The Elsa Chicken Plucker Backyard Ultra takes place in Charleston, Illinois. The 4.167 loop of groomed grass trail with mainly dirt single track trail is on 149 privately owned acreage situated along the Embarrass River. Each runner will be given one hour to complete a loop.  If a loop is completed within the hour, the runner will be allowed to continue for a second, third, or thirtieth loop!  $200 will be given to the runner that completes the most loops within the hour. If no one is able to complete the final loop within the hour, there will be no winner and the money will roll to next year to double the winning prize money!
