The Wabash Valley Road Runners (WVRR) promotes participation in WVRR races and events by offering the WVRR Club Championship Series. The series is comprised of our Club’s six events: Swamp Stomp, The Mile, Twilight River Run, Wabash Valley Half Marathon, Indiana Fall Classic and Christmas in the Park. Your club membership qualifies you to participate.

NEW FOR 2023:
We will no longer be giving points and awarding first, second and third in each age group. We will only track participation (running, walking or volunteering). Special gifts will be presented to individuals who have run, walked or volunteered in four, five or six club racing events.

You must run, walk or volunteer in at least four of the club events and it must be the main race event. For example, only running/walking in the half marathon race of the Wabash Valley Half Marathon counts as running/walking race participation. 

To be eligible for an award you must volunteer in at least one of the six events. Awards will be given to members who participate in four, five or six races.

All races will have a sign-up sheet for volunteers to track participation. It is the members’ responsibility to sign the form and/or contact the championship series chairman to ensure they are credited the appropriate points throughout the year. The deadline for finalizing series points and rankings will be December 20 of the current race year.
